This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:

To assess the clinical impact (outcome on a participant level) of a strategy where treatment follows diagnostic testing (test-treatment combination) using limited channel sleep studies compared to PSG in people with suspected OSA.
